Project Summary
The CSR Housing Property Management System was designed to support an initiative to build and hand over 1,000 homes to underprivileged women, beginning with Phase 1: 100 homes managed by 15 contractors within a 20km radius. The solution enables real-time progress tracking, milestone-based payment approvals, and one-year post-handover maintenance management.
Through dedicated mobile apps for homeowners and contractors, and a web-based Admin Panel for the CSR organization, the platform ensures seamless communication and accountability across all stakeholders. Offline-first capabilities further extend accessibility to low-connectivity regions.
